Regrown
The full flow

Five steps. No willpower required to start.

Most of the work happens automatically in the background. Here's exactly what happens from install to your first real week of progress.

1

Set your goal, privately

Tell Regrown what you're working toward and why - this stays private to you unless you choose to share progress with a partner. No account needed to explore, just to start tracking.

2

Add an accountability partner (optional, but recommended)

Invite someone you trust by email. They'll hold the unlock code if you ever try to disable protection - the single biggest factor in whether this actually works versus another app you turn off in a weak moment. Going solo instead adds a mandatory cooldown period on disabling.

3

Turn on protection

Regrown filters adult content at the device level - locally, on your phone, nothing about your browsing leaves the device. It runs quietly in the background from here on.

4

Log urges as they happen

One tap when you feel triggered, with an optional note about what was going on. This isn't busywork - it's exactly what turns your check-ins from generic to genuinely useful.

5

Get a check-in that actually reasons about your week

"You logged three urges this week, all late evening after scrolling - want to talk about your evening routine?" Not a scripted tip. A response to what you actually logged.

Why logging matters

The data you log is what makes the AI useful

A generic wellness chatbot has nothing real to respond to. Regrown's check-ins are only as good as what you log - which is exactly why we kept logging to one tap, so it's actually easy to do consistently.

What happens when an urge actually hits

A redirect, immediately

A short breathing exercise or a suggested physical activity - something to do with the next five minutes instead of fighting it in your head alone.

A place to name it

Logging the urge with a quick note ("stressed after work," "bored, late at night") builds the pattern data your weekly check-in actually uses.

Your partner, if you want them

Optional - a quiet nudge to your accountability partner that this was a tough moment, without broadcasting details you haven't chosen to share.
